The operator on-site wears Virgo smart glasses and connects it to Virgo mobile app. Using that app the operator instantly connects with an expert at a remote location, who is using Virgo web app. The SME gets, site’s “First User View” through the camera of Virgo smart glasses, worn by the site operator. On the site, the operator can carry out hands-free operations, as per over the shoulder guidance of SME, in the form of audio instructions or visual information, which appears on the operator’s smart glasses. There are few annotation tools available to the expert, e.g. Whiteboard, etc. using which he can add better value to guidance. The system can (optionally) facilitate the recording of these remote assistance sessions, for future references.
